We are currently shipping within Pakistan only. 

Delivery time is 10-12 business days.

For articles made to order, delivery time is 12-18 business days.

We have a 7 day return and replacement service. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please refer to our size chart before placing your order to avoid inconvenience. Our khussas take the shape of your feet after a few uses, however if you are still not comfortable with your ordered size, you can request for an exchange.

In case the required size or design is not in stock, you can select an article of a similar price value. However if you wish to get the same article, your size can be made on order with an additional fee of Rs.1000. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@florabyglamorize.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number, reason for exchange and what size you'd like instead. Once the request is accepted, we’ll inform you about the return details and you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacement charges will be Rs. 500/- if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered. However, if there is a size or quality concern from company's end, we will bear the return charges.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, sale articles cannot be exchanged.
